I was in Section 101 with Jason for this show. Brent and Sonja were somewhere on the floor, but we didn't get a chance to meet up. Another standard show from the 10K Days tour even though it has been three years since the album was released. There were some new vids and a new light show, so I guess that added something. Would it kill them to add a new song to the setlist? I saw them again in Dallas a day later and that show was infinitely better due to our location. For this show, even though we were on the opposite side of the arena, it was still pretty loud and my head was ringing all weekend. Stinkfist, Schism, and Lateralus included their standard extensions.
Oh, right - Tweak Bird. Sort of a shoddy version of Death From Above 1979. Their off-key singing offset any goodwill generated by their ferocious drummer. At least they limited their set to 30 minutes.
