Notes:
This was my fourth Tool in the past year or so and even though the show was excellent, I was still slightly disappointed. The setlist hasn't really changed from the last three shows except for the addition of Right In Two and it was cut short by two songs (no Vicarious or Aenema). If they just cut the noodling/soundscaping down to a minimum, they could fit another song in there. This was Bill's first time seeing Tool since 2002 so at least most of lot of the songs were new to him. I'm still buying whatever they are selling though, so I'll be at the next show that's close to Austin. My highlight was definitely Schism - the extended portion is just rocking.

Kinski was pretty boring. Bill said it best: "This is what it would sound like if all the members of Mogwai were suddenly struck retarded."

Tu (Trey Gunn and Pat Mastelotto) were an interesting and unexpected treat. It seemed like the first song took a while to get going, but once they did, they had a lot of cool sounds.
