Jerry Cantrell's Set
I wrote up a review for a website when I got back that night - here it is:

The show was absolutely phenomenal - Jerry played an extended set and my
friend and I were 3 feet away the whole time smashed up against the rail.
Before Jerry's set, he came on to play a song with Comes With The Fall
(something off their first album). William (from CWTF) announced that
Monday was Jerry's birthday, so we all sang Happy Birthday.

Jerry's backing band was all of CWTF and some guy name Sean.
Here's the setlist with comments for a few of the songs.

1. Psychotic Break - "Welcome to the Degradation Trip..." and they started
playing.

2. Howard

3. Hellbound - There weren't too many people singing the new songs, but I
got the album a couple weeks earlier, so I was singing like a mad man.
Jerry looked down and saw that I was singing Hellbound and pointed at me and
acknowledged the fact - that was a cool moment (for me at least).

4. My Song - I got the proper tab for the intro. I also learned that he
finger picks the intro.

5. Mother's Spinning In Her Grave

6. Castaway

7. Angel Eyes -At one point in the song, Jerry messed up the lyrics and so
he apologized during the song and afterwards. He blamed it on the fact that
he was getting high from the weed the guy beside us was smoking :) The chord
progression for the intro is Em G Dsus4 Cadd9 Am (maybe Asus4?).

8. Cut You In - I got the proper tab for this intro as well.

9. Solitude - seemed like William was having some problems with his sound
for the intro, but they him and Jerry had a laugh and it sounded okay.

10. Anger Rising

11. No Excuses - Jerry let the crowd sing a lot of this one.

12. What The Hell Have I

13. Spiderbite - Robert Trujillo came on to play bass for this one (he was a
lot of fun to watch). Right before the song started, Jerry jumped and the
hook for the guitar strap broke off (he was using the white guitar with Deg
Trip written on the back). He couldn't fix it, so he just didn't play
guitar for the song. He was really animated for this song cause he didn't
have to play. For the choruses, he got down on his knees and sang like he
was praying.

14. Down In A Hole - He acted like he was taking requests for this song, but
we could see that DiaH was next on the list, so when someone shouted out for
it, he said he would do that one. My favorite AiC tune ever!

15. Them Bones - Vinnie Paul & Dimebag Darrel from Pantera came out for this
one - sweet.

---Not on Setlist--
Even though the setlist was done, they played some more.
He also introduced the Rooster before they started playing again.

16. Angry Chair - he acknowledged his good friend Layne for this song.

17. Man In The Box

18. Brother

Jerry wanted to play more songs, but the people from the venue said that he
had to stop. We waited around afterwards for Jerry to sign, but he didn't
come out in the time we waited. Jerry's dad was walking around after the
show, but we had no reason to bother him. Definitely one of the best shows
I have ever seen - my ears are still ringing a day later.

Notes: Gabe and I had a good time laughing at the other bands. He Kill 3 was just
obnoxious. We didn't enjoy the first time we saw CWTF and we didn't enjoy them
this time either. Anyone was gimmicky. But all of that doesn't matter because Cantrell
put on a really good show. I ended up getting Anyone's setlist. Here are some pictures from the show
