As soon as my plane landed in Dallas, I was greeted with shouts and cheers and uncontrollable applause from my legions of fans. It was a humbling experience. Never have I witnessed such an outpouring of emotion. It will never be forgotten.
Anyways... DC was cool. I stayed in Herndon, VA with Padmakka and family and Sai, Vinay, Sai and Vinutan came down from wherever they live (somewhere near DC) and we all had a good time. I did a drive-by tour of DC proper and we also went to the newly opened National Air And Space Museum.
The skiing thing never happened for me. I copped out. Yes, feel free to rant in the comments.
I took a lot of pictures, but then I realized most of them were of Anshu (the little baby). But then, who can blame me?
I looked at my site and realized my page is caving in on itself due to the lack of posts. The remedy is to write more drivel. Done and done.
I am now in goof off / search for jobs mode and it way too much fun. Essentially it is goof off mode while occasionally checking emails for responses. Haha.
I going to DC this weekend to visit some cousins. I've never been, so I'm sure we'll make the basic tour - I do want to see where the President lives so I can mock him in person. Supposedly skiing is planned as well. Anyway, expect some pictures upon my return on Tuesday night.
So I guess I was wrong about the Super Bowl. So very wrong.
Deus Ex and Prince of Persia are now done. I"m sure I'll do one more run through of Deus Ex, but I definitely need more games.
Satriani's Midnight is much, much harder than I thought. Plus tapping on my guitar sucks. So that will have to wait. Instead, I was learning some stuff off of Strange Beautiful Music and putting the wah to good use.
