It seems like no one really cares about the bowling scores except the Drew. And I don't really think that he cares, but he enjoys making fun. But negative interest is still better than no interest.
I had my best series yet with a 121-103-123 - Our team will probably still be in second place overall after this week - we won 2 out of 3 games, as well as the series. Playoffs are definitely in our future.
I would like to thank Marc Bulger for helping my fantasy team to a win tonight (despite the interceptions).
Posted by hbog at October 13, 2003 10:43 PMDude, Bulger was the cash money millionaire this week. He and the Rams totally schooled the Falcons.
Not bad for someone who has no clue about/doesn't like football, huh? The only reason I know this is because I saw Peerless Price got a total of 8 yards or something.

On a serious note I have a question about your bowling league. Is your average a rolling average?...does it update with each round you bowl, with each match you bowl, or is it like a golf handicap - only your last 10 games or matches count? I would guess it must be updated at some point to prevent a leauge full of sandbaggers. I'm actually quite curious.

Yes, it is a rolling average updated every week. Your original average (and handicap) are based on your first week's score. I was only bowling a 300 or so series every week, so it didn't change much. I must have bumped it a little based on this week. But all games are counted, so sandbaggers can't really succeed except for the first week or two.
