So I'm doing a group project for Distributed Systems, and we decided to do it in Java instead of C, and I have now learned that Java is very cool. It seems like it takes 10 times as many lines in C to accomplish some things. I know that C is good for speed and bit-twidling, but right now Java is cool.
Go COWBOYS! - who ever thought they would be 3-1 after a quarter of the season? I don't it's too delusional to hope for the playoffs, and they are certainly looking good with Parcells and Carter leading the way.
86-125-106.

Oh, and the Cowboys have and always will Suck. Go Oilers, err... Texans?
Posted by: Dan at October 6, 2003 10:12 AMPosting your bowling scores is fine, but you should tell us how your team does as a result of you bowling a whopping 86. Or if you must, tell us how that 125 led your team to victory. Also, when bowling it's important to remember one thing: don't fuck with the Jesus.

We bowl 3 because that takes long enough as it is, and it is good enough to separate the teams.
Cowboys have a good chance to win the NFC East - I'm hoping.
The 86 didn't really hurt us, because as a team we were still 60+ pins over average for the game. And the 125 helped offset someone else's poor second game. As long as we are above our average for each game (out of the 3), I'm happy. And we had to pre-bowl this week, so we won't know if we've won this until our opponent bowls tonight. We are in second place in our league though.
